- W3031586056 abstract "目的提高生物球消化道异物引起小儿肠梗阻的认识。方法回顾分析5例消化道异物生物球导致肠梗阻患儿的临床表现、治疗过程和转归。结果4例患儿有感染中毒性休克，1例伴发回肠穿孔，2例伴发抽搐，1例伴发重度营养不良、电解质紊乱，1例伴发多脏器功能衰竭、中毒性脑病、肺部感染。1例因发现较早手术治疗效果好。5例患儿均经手术治疗，1例术中发现生物球异物在距回盲部100 cm处回肠伴发回肠穿孔，1例距Tris韧带90 cm(距回盲部2 m)处回肠，2例距回盲部50 cm处回肠，1例距回盲部30 cm处。2例行异物取出肠切除肠吻合术，3例行异物取出、肠管纵切横缝术。5例患儿均恢复良好，1例住院7 d出院，2例住院10 d出院，1例住院12 d出院，1例住院40 d痊愈出院。结论生物球引起肠梗阻往往病史不明确，易延误诊治，使患儿病情加重，早期诊断困难，临床表现严重，所以应提高对此种情况的重视，早期发现早期手术治疗。" @default.
