- W3031608546 abstract "Objective To investigate the status of nursing etiquette in clinical applications.Methods A self-designed questionnaire survey about nursing etiquette awareness and influencing factors was conducted in 139 nurses throughout the hospital,and the collected data was processed with SPSS 11.0 system.Results The degree of understanding of nursing etiquette was highly related to the career length,tide,and education etc.of nurses.In general,their knowledge about nursing etiquette was insufficient,but most of them (95.7％) were quite aware of the role and importance of nursing etiquette.Nevertheless,44.6％ of the nurses knew little about how to perform it in clinic application; 37.4％ of respondents considered a lack of etiquette in their colleagues; and 18％ of the nurses exposed some misunderstanding of the etiquette.Conclusions In order to meet the requirements of nursing in a new age,nursing managers should emphasize the training of nursing etiquette,create a nice etiquette environment,and correct the misunderstandings of the nursing etiquette in the nursing communities.Key words: Nursing; Etiquette; Date collection" @default.
