- W3031617246 abstract "目的 探讨经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切术(PKRP)对犬前列腺组织的病理学影响及其止血性能.方法 12只成年雄性家犬行经膀胱PKRP术,于术后0(术后立即)、1、2、8周分别处死获取前列腺标本,光镜下观察前列腺组织病理学改变并测量创面凝固层厚度.22例前列腺增生手术切除标本光镜下测量前列腺微血管直径.结果 PKRP术后,犬前列腺组织有不同程度的炎症反应,部分腺腔扩张,上皮破坏.术后0周,前列腺组织创面的凝固层厚度(237.73±20.12 μm)明显大于术后1周(113.03±16.65 μm),差异有统计学意义(p＜0.01);术后2周(106.01±16.36 μm)与术后1周相比,差异无统计学意义(p＞0.05).术后8周,凝固层脱落,创面被覆再生的尿路上皮.前列腺微血管直径最小6.33μm,最大139.04μm,平均21.19±12.80μm.结论 PKRP术后早期,犬前列腺组织有不同程度的炎症反应,且创面有不同厚度的凝固层;术后8周,创面基本恢复.创面凝固层厚度明显大于前列腺微血管直径,理论上提示PKRP能封闭大多数前列腺微血管,从而达到良好的止血性能。" @default.
