- W3031640046 abstract "Objective To investigate treatment method and nursing measure of the comprehensive treatment to cervical carotid artery disease.Methods In our hospital from June 2012 to June 2013,124 cases of cervical patients with carotid artery disease were treated,impose drug therapy,cervical traction,massage and physical therapy combined therapy,and furthermore given with the appropriate quality care.Then the treatment effect was observed.Results After a few cycles of combined therapy and careful quality care,among 124 patients of this group,86 (69.4％) patients were cured,25 (20.2％) cases excellent,effective in 13 (10.5％) cases,0 (0.0％) patients with no effect,the total effective rate was 100％,with a significant effect.Conclusion The combination therapy,supplemented by a comprehensive quality care treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery can achieve significant clinical effect,combination therapy is the preferred treatment for cervical vertebral artery disease,worthy of clinical application.Key words: Carotid artery; Cervical spondylosis; Comprehensive treatment; Care" @default.
