- W3031641552 abstract "目的 探讨黏附分子CD44在角膜上皮细胞中的表达及干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)和雷公藤多甙对角膜上皮细胞中CD44表达的影响.方法 采用细胞培养和流式细胞技术,分别观察同一培养时间(24 h)不同IFN-γ含量和同一IFN-γ含量不同培养时间对人角膜上皮细胞CD44表达的影响及0.03%雷公藤多甙对角膜上皮细胞中CD44表达的影响.结果 体外培养的人角膜上皮细胞可基础表达一定量的CD44(1.944±0.237),IFN-γ可上调CD44的表达,其上调作用呈量和时间依赖性(P＜0.05).雷公藤多甙可以使角膜上皮中CD44的表达降低(P＜0.01).结论 IFN-γ可以使角膜上皮细胞中CD44的表达升高,使排斥反应加剧;雷公藤多甙可以抑制角膜上皮细胞中CD44的表达,从而抑制角膜移植排斥反应。" @default.
