- W3031741570 abstract "目的 对体表血管瘤的四种治疗方法进行总结分析。方法本组共采用四种方法：血管瘤手术直接切除或切除后皮片、皮瓣移植修复，环形缝扎平阳霉素注射治疗，铜针刺入留置治疗，普萘洛尔口服治疗。结果共治疗268例，随访半年以上的192例。（1）手术治疗172例。痊愈156例，其中2例边缘部位复发，1例再次手术，1例激光治疗后痊愈。（2）环形缝扎后注射平阳霉素36例，其中11例注药后瘤体缩小再进行切除。（3）铜针留置治疗33例，治愈23例，有5例行铜针治疗3次以上，病灶逐渐缩小。（4）普萘洛尔口服治疗27例，治愈3例，有效24例。结论对于不同部位的血管瘤，应选择适当的治疗方法，能直接手术切除而又不影响功能和外观的瘤体，首选手术切除或切除后皮片、皮瓣移植修复。较大的海绵状血管瘤，可采取环形缝扎平阳霉素注射或铜针刺入治疗。婴幼儿面部血管瘤优先采用普萘洛尔121服治疗。几种方法可以交替联合应用，这样可以起到互补作用，从而能达到理想的治疗效果。" @default.
