- W3031881829 abstract "目的 了解呼吸内科住院病人的睡眠状况及其影响因素,并制定出相应的护理措施.方法 采取睡眠状况自评量表(SRSS)对108例呼吸内科住院病人进行问卷调查.结果 78.70%的呼吸内科住院病人存在不同程度的失眠,显著高于全国常模(P＜0.01).睡眠问题主要为入睡困难、睡眠不稳、早醒、失眠后反应.其主要的影响因素为环境及生活习惯的改变、身体不适、病床不适、噪声及灯光、担心病情及费用、睡眠颠倒、药物不良反应等.结论 呼吸内科住院病人大多数存在不同程度的睡眠问题,应引起医护人员的高度重视,积极采取有效措施,减少失眠率,提高睡眠质量。" @default.
