- W3031971240 abstract "目的 观察高压氧(HBO)对缺氧后中性多核粒细胞(PMN)粘附功能及血管内皮细胞分泌单核细胞趋化蛋白(MCP-1)的调控作用.方法 用人内皮细胞株(ECV 304)与脑梗死患者PMN作模型,观察一定剂量HBO(0.15 Mpa,1 h)对脑梗死患者不同发病时期PMN在ECV 304上粘附率的影响;同时,利用ECV 304作为模型,给予缺氧干预后,观察HBO对ECV 304分泌MCP-1的影响.结果 (1)HBO使1周内脑梗死患者PMN与内皮细胞株ECV 304的粘附率由46.77%降低为30.54%(P<0.01),对脑梗死3周组及健康对照组无明显影响.(2)HBO处理组ECV 304上清液中MCP-1浓度与对照组及常氧高压处理组相比显著降低(P<0.01).结论 HBO可以通过抑制内皮细胞对MCP-1的分泌及降低PMN-ECV304的粘附来减轻脑缺血再灌注病灶的炎症损伤。" @default.
