- W3031973923 abstract "目的 探讨乳腺癌术后患者抑郁的相关因素,以指导心理干预,提高生存质量.方法采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)对我院行乳腺癌根治术后8个月以上、5年以下,年龄在20～60岁的乳腺癌出院女性患者共50例进行抑郁状况调查分析.结果乳腺癌术后患者抑郁发生率为34%;文化程度低、年龄41～50岁、人均收入低、患病后在家休养者抑郁均分偏高.结论医疗保健与社会服务应重视中青年、收入低、文化程度较低者,对他们采取多形式的健康教育,让乳腺癌患者疾病愈合以后尽早地回到工作岗位上去,才能降低其抑郁程度,提高乳腺癌患者的生存质量。" @default.
