- W3032052631 abstract "Objective To observe the clinic efficacy of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy in the treatment of nerve root type cervical spondylosis.Methods Patients diagnosed acervical spondylosis of nerve root were randomly divided into rehabilitation group and control group.Conventional training program was taken in the control group and conventional rehabilitation training combined with cervical traction,medium frequency electrotherapy and massage physical therapy were taken in the comprehensive rehabilitation group.Before treatment and after treatment 4 weeks later,the pain severity was evaluated by visual analogy scale (VAS),and the clinical curative effects in the two group were analyzed by clinical assessment scale for cervical spondylosis (CASCS).Results The scores of (VAS) and evaluation of cervical spondylosis scale were decreased and the efficiency was significantly higher than those in control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions The comprehensive rehabilitation therapy can significantly improve the therapeutic effect for patients with nerve root type cervical spondylosis.Key words: Comprehensive rehabilitation ; Cervical spondylosis of nerve root ;" @default.
