- W3032058251 abstract "Objective To acquaintance the serological infection rate of hepatitis B virus (HBV)among the patients in shangqiu area.Methods From January 2009 to December 2010,a seroepidemiological survey was conducted and the samples were collected.Serological biomarkers to hepatitis B virus were tested with enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) reagents.Results Seventy - three thousand five hundred and eighteen samples were collected,the prevalence rates of HBsAg,HBsAb,HBeAg,HBeAb,HBcAb and total HBV infection rate were 7.40％,43.30％,1.51％,7.64％,9.20％,38.45％.The positive rates for both HBsAg and HBV infection were 0.98％ and 1.03％ under the age of five,6～12 years old were 2.3％ and 12.40％,13～18 years old were 4.49％ and 16.13％,19 ～60 years old were 8.70％ and 48.00％,over 60 years old were 8.29％ and 40.39％.Conclusions The prevalence rate of HBsAg is lower under the age of 18 than that over 19 years old.The prevalence rate of HBsAg is still high among over 19 years old,especially in long - term engaged in heavy manual work personnel (peasant,builders,stevedore,etc).Key words: Patients ; Hepatitis B virus ; Seroepidemiology ; Prevalence rate" @default.
