- W3032081231 abstract "目的 观察双环醇治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效.方法 应用双环醇(百赛诺)治疗60例慢性乙型肝炎患者,观察治疗前后肝功能、HBV-DNA、HBV抗原抗体变化.结果 服用百赛诺3个月后谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)明显下降,与服药前相比差异有统计学意义[ALT:(49.30±28.30)vs(139.05±37.31),P＜0.01;AST:(65.10±19.06)vs(106.50±31.43),P＜0.01];治疗6月后ALT、AST仍低于服药前[ALT:(42.45±25.78)vs(106.50±31.43),P＜0.01;AST:(66.00±16.45)vs(106.50±31.43),P＜0.01],停药3个月后复查,ALT反跳(84.60±46.74),AST仍保持在较低水平(47.60±12.80),但与服药前相比差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.01).60例患者中,治疗后共有8例发生HBeAg转换,由HBeAg(+)变为HBeAb(+),有7例HBV-DNA转阴.结论 百赛诺具有明显的降酶护肝作用,可能有一定的抗病毒作用。" @default.
