- W3032097355 abstract "Objective To investigate the doctors and nurses' cognition of social status of doctors and nurses，and find the influence factors of difierence of social status. Methods 280 doctors and 290 nurses were asked to finish a self-designed Scale of social status of doctors and nurses. Results Investigation from economy, social rights and interests. occupational prestige showed that doctors' social status Was higher than nurses' social status. By the investigation. we found the influencing factors included working hospital of doctors, technical requirements of work，sense of achievement，stability of work，degree of specialization and work pressure. Conclusions To study the social status of physicians and nurses and the influence factors I S beneficial for US to study the strategies for improving the nurses' social status，thereby setting up the harmonious physician-nurse relationship and keeping nursing troops develop continuously.Key words: Doctor:Nurse:Social status:Physician-nurse:relationship" @default.
