- W3032157171 abstract "目的 探讨小肠间质瘤的多层螺旋CT诊断价值,提高对该病的认识.方法 搜集经手术、病理及免疫组化证实小肠间质瘤19例,回顾性分析其CT表现特点.结果 起源于十二指肠3例,空肠10例,回肠6例;良性4例,交界性3例,恶性12例;CT表现特征为肠壁偏心性软组织肿块,良性倾向者多表现为圆形或类圆形,最大径多＜4 cm,密度均匀,边界清楚,增强多显著均匀强化.恶性倾向(交界性和恶性)者多表现为分叶状或不规则肿块,最大径多＞4 cm,其内多见低密度坏死及囊变区,肿块内或边缘条状强化瘤血管,边界不清,常推移或侵犯周围组织.结论 多层螺旋CT及重组技术能显示小肠间质瘤强化方式、内部特征、供血动脉及回流静脉,有一定特征性,可作为其诊断及鉴别诊断的重要检查手段。" @default.
