- W3032196828 abstract "Objective To investigate the effect of nursing careOn the treatment compliance and quality of life of hospitalized chil -dren with asthma.Methods In our hospital from April 2013 to Jan.2014, 80 cases of children with asthma were selected and randomly di-vided into control group （n=40, treated with conventional nursing ） and observation group （n=40, into nursing care on the basis of conven-tional care）, The treatment compliance, quality of life score （PAQLQ） of the two groups before and after the nursing intervention were com-pared.Results Compliance with medication , diet, exercise, pay attention to the prevention of predisposing factors and treatment compliance of the observation group were （90%, 87.5%, 67.5%, 82.5%） significantly better than those of the control group （P〈0.05）;Nursing intervention after PAQLQ each dimension scores （35.51 ±9.43 , 22.57 ±6.42 , 36.59 ±10.33 , 89.83 ±15.33 ） were significantly higher than those of the control group （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusions During the implementation of nursing care of children with asthma in Tibetan ar-eas can significantly improve the treatment compliance , improve the quality of life.Key words: Asthma; Tibetan; Nursing care; Treatment compliance; Quality of life" @default.
