- W3032254489 abstract "目的 探讨冠心病患者综合护理干预的方法及效果,为临床护理提供参考.方法 将我院2010年1月至2011年1月收治人院的120例冠心病患者随机分为实验组和对照组各60例.对照组行常规护理干预；实验组行综合护理干预.治疗后根据患者的病情进展随访1～3个月,采用状态-特质焦虑问卷(ST-AI)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)对患者的心理状况进行评估,并同时统计患者的总体健康(GH)、生理功能(PF)、生理职能(RP)、社会功能(SF)、情感职能(RE)、精神健康(MH)等6项生活质量指标.结果 经护理干预,2组患者护理后的心理状态及生活质量指标均较自身护理前有显著的改善,实验组的改善程度较对照组更加显著.结论 早期对冠心病患者行综合护理干预,可有效避免患者产生焦虑、抑郁等不稳定心理,是改善其生活质量的重要方法,应当在临床护理中推广使用。" @default.
