- W3032307296 abstract "Objective To investigate the result of anti-helicobacter pylori(HP)in the treatment of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(ITP).Method From May 2008 to May 2010,50 patients who were diagnosed as ITP with HP infection were included into this study.38 hospitalized patients(PLT＜20 ×109/L)were divided into research group(n=19)and control group(n=19),randomly.The research group was treated with glucocorticoid and anti-HP,but the control group was treated with glucocorticoid only.20 cases of outpatients[PLT:(20～50)× 109/L]were divided into research group(n=10)and control group (n=10),randomly too.The research group was treated with the anti-HP infection,and the control group was just observed.The PLT of patients in each group were detected after 10 days and 6 months of therapy.The study protocol was approved by the Ethical Review Board of Investigation in Human Being of Cangzhou Center Hospital.Results There was no significant difference between research and control group after 10 days of therapy(P＞0.05),but there was significant difference after 6 months(P＜0.05); the PLT was significantly higher in outpatient treatment group than in the observation group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Completely treatment of HP was an effective way to curing ITP with HP infection.Key words: ITP; HP; Effect" @default.
