- W3032364140 abstract "目的探讨开展品管圈活动(QCC)在骨科膝髋关节置换术患者护理健康宣教中的应用效果。方法选取未开展品管圈活动的骨科病区膝髋关节置换术患者56例作为对照组，选取开展品管圈活动的骨科病区膝髋关节置换术患者74例作为观察组，比较两组住院患者对护理健康宣教满意度。结果开展品管圈后膝髋关节置换术患者疾病相关知识掌握程度及依从性均显著高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(t＝1.74、6.47，均P<0.05)，术后健康宣教满意度(91.9%)也明显优于对照组(64.3%)，差异有统计学意义(χ2＝11.6，P<0.05)。结论品管圈的开展并持续，使膝髋关节置换术患者对护理满意度显著提升，护理质量也得到进一步改善。" @default.
