- W3032486527 abstract "：Objective To get betterperfusion effect of donor biliary microvaseulature in dogs receiving combined liver-kidneyprocurement,we compared intragastroduodenal artery adjuvant hepatic artery perfusionmethod and the conventional method.Methods Thirty dogs received combined liverkidneyprocurement.Amongst the 30 dogs,15 were perfused in abdominal aorta and portal veinconventionally and other 15 cases underwent the same procedure plus intragastroduodenalartery adjuvant hepatic artery perfusion.The two groups were compared in operationtime,isehemia time,preparation time of donor,perfusion time and perfusion effect.ResultsThese two methods had no difference in operation times,ischemia time and donorfunction.However,intragastroduodenal artery adjuvant hepatic artery perfusion couldprolong perfusion time and elevated perfusion effect of biliarymierovaseulature.Conclusion Biliary microvaseular perfusion is important.It can decreasethe morbidity of ischemic-type biliary lesion (ITBL) in livertransplantation.Intragastroduoden artery adjuvant hepatic artery perfusion has bettereffect in dog biliary mierovaseular perfusion.Adjuvant hepatic artery perfusion is fit fordonor of long-time preservation and could be used in clinical trial." @default.
