- W3032512036 abstract "目的 探讨超声诊断婴幼儿期肥厚性幽门梗阻的临床意义及比较X线钡餐造影诊断的优势.方法 对46例拟诊为幽门梗阻的患儿进行超声检查观察幽门管长径、幽门肌厚度等指标,部分患儿结合与X线钡餐造影.结果 46例患儿中37例应用超声单独作出先天性肥厚性幽门狡窄诊断,均经手术证实,诊断符合率100％.9例应用超声与X线钡餐造影联合诊断,3例幽门水肿伴胃食管反流,3例幽门痉挛,经临床保守治疗痊愈得到证实.1例胃扭转与1例幽门前瓣膜与手术相符.结论 超声检查可作为先天性肥厚性幽门梗阻的首选影像学检查方法,对于一些非典型病例,超声结合X线钡餐检查将会发挥更大的作用。" @default.
