- W3032623620 abstract "Objective To study the incidence of large optic cup in Diabetic retinopathy and analysis the correlation associated factors and the mechanism.Methods the study included the 208 eyes of 104 diabetics,to evaluate their color fundus pictures with image analysis computer,according to the ratio of cup/disc(C/D),divided the cases into two groups:CD ratio less than 0.3 and CD ratio more than 0.6;To compare their intraocular pressure and retinal circulation time(RCT).Results the incidence of C/D 40.3 in diabetics Was 51.92%;C/D≥0.6 was 14.90%:the intraocular pressure of the two groups were(14.91±2.15)mmHg;(13.70±2.73、mmHg,P＞0.05,had no statistic difference;the RCT of C/D≥0.6 group was 2.69±1.58second delayed thanC/D≤0.3 group 1.90+0.58second,P＜0.05,had statistic difference.Conclusions the ratio of C/D≥0.6 in diabetic retinopathy was higher thanth at in common people.the reason mostly associated with retinal ischemic ,the intraoculer pressure contributing less in this function.Indicated the disfunction of retinal circulation in diabetics affected the big C/D ratio.Key words: Diabetic retinopathy C/D ratio; Retinal circulation time(RCT); Intraocular pressure" @default.
