- W3032677237 abstract "Objective To investigate the effect of humanity concem on breast cancer patients who were waiting for quickly pathologic result.Methods A total of 85 breast cancer patients were divided into two groups:treatment group(42 patients)and the control(43patients).The control group was received usual nursing.And in the treatment group,on the base of the primary nurse,the special nurse was performed humanity concern.Results There were no significant difference on heart rate,systolic pressure,SAS anxiety scale,between the treatment group and the control one day before operation.10 ～20 minutes after diagnosis,the systolic pressure and the heart rate of the patients in the treatment group were lower than the control.The emotional response was relatively stable.Three days after operation,there was significant difference in SAS scales(P ＜0.01).Conclusions Using humanity concern theory to carry out the nursing intervention can cut down the emotional response of the patients,elevate the compliance of the treatment after operation.Key words: Breast cancer; Humanity concern; Individual nurse; Pathological diagnose; Stress" @default.
