- W3032788309 abstract "目的本研究旨在探索12岁儿童中变应性及非变应性哮喘的发生率及其危险因素，重点阐明生后一周内使用抗生素是否与12岁儿童哮喘存在关联。方法本研究数据来自于一项涉及5 654例2003年出生的瑞典儿童的纵向队列研究。参与者的父母在参与者6月龄至12岁期间定期回答问卷，12岁时随访完成率为3 637/4 777 (76%)。结果在12岁时，6.4%的儿童被诊断为哮喘。生后1周内使用抗生素显著增加变应性哮喘的发病率，校正比值比为2.2(95%CI：1.2～4.2)。小于胎龄儿与非变应性哮喘的发生有关，校正比值比为3.8(95%CI：1.1～13.7)。仅在感冒时出现的哮喘发生率为28%。结论生后一周内使用抗生素与12岁时变应性哮喘的发生有关，提示抗生素对免疫系统有影响。小于胎龄儿发生非变应性哮喘的风险高。" @default.
