- W3032800775 abstract "目的:探讨原发性卵巢癌患者手术前后外周血红细胞C3b受体花环及T淋巴细胞亚群变化.方法:对78例卵巢癌患者手术前后进行外周血C3b花环及T淋巴细胞亚群检测并与健康人30例作比较.结果:卵巢癌患者手术前C3b花环率与T细胞亚群中CD+3,CD+4,CD+4/CD+8比值明显低于正常对照组(P＜0.05),而CD+8细胞高于正常对照组(P＜0.50);手术切除肿瘤2周后,患者C3b花环率、CD+3,CD+4,CD+4/CD+8比值均较术前明显升高(P＜0.05),CD+8细胞下降(P＜0.05).结论:原发性卵巢癌患者的红细胞及淋巴细胞免疫功能均受到严重抑制,而手术切除癌灶对患者的免疫功能恢复起积极作用,2个免疫系统的改变有密切联系。" @default.
