- W3032850076 abstract "目的 探讨针对性护理干预对神经内科气管切开患者中的应用效果.方法 选取收治的神经内科气管切开患者90例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组45例.对照组患者进行常规护理,观察组患者进行针对性护理干预.对两组患者气管切开后的焦虑程度进行调查,同时比较两组患者并发症发生率、术后感染率、GCS评分以及HAMA评分情况.结果 观察组患者并发症发生率、GCS评分、术后感染率以及术后带管时间均优于对照组(P＜0.05),患者术后心理状况以及HAMA评分结果均显著优于对照组(均P ＜0.05).结论 对神经内科患者进行针对性护理干预能够有效改善患者术后各项临床症状,有助于临床治疗效果的巩固,具有临床推广应用价值。" @default.
