- W3032871304 abstract "目的分析推拿联合肌力训练治疗髌骨关节病的临床效果。方法根据研究目的针对性选择2016年3—12月本科室收治的80例髌骨关节病的患者作为研究对象，以随机分组的方式将80例患者分为2组，对照组（n=40）采用单纯的推拿按摩进行治疗，而联合组（n=40）患者则在推拿按摩的基础上结合肌力训练以促进关节功能的恢复，而后对比分析两组患者的治疗效果、生活质量和VAS评分以及Oswestry功能障碍评分。结果对照组总有效率为72.5%，联合组为92.5%，差异有统计学意义（P 0.05），治疗后联合组两项评分显著优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论在髌骨关节病的治疗当中采取推拿按摩结合肌力训练的方法可有效的促进患者肌力和肢体功能的恢复，从而提高患者的生活质量，疗效确切，值得作为临床上治疗骨性关节炎的首选方法。" @default.
