Indeed, the study of a microfluidic biosensor is used to detect the C-reactive protein into a microchannel with considering electrothermal effect. In the presence of the electrical field, the produced Joule effect gives rise to a temperature gradient and causes homogeneities of electric permittivity and conductivity allowing the generation of flow motions. To improve the rate of reactant ransport via an on-surface-reaction in the microchannel, various pairs of electrodes under Alternating current (AC) are used and the effects of different arrangements and positions on flow structure, temperature and concentration fields, were investigated. In addition, the comparison with earliest results shows a good agreement." @default.
