The current study involves the Al 7075 alloy with Mo with Ni and Mo with W as a key element. Mechanical properties with precipitate agitation and layer size and shape were examined with Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy (EDS), surface roughness (SR) testers and with of optical Microscope (OM). Using the Response Surface Methodology (RSM), the effect of Peak Current (A), Pulse On Time (Pon) and Pulse Off Time (Poff) on alloyed electrical discharge wear performance were studied. ANOVA was used to assess the critical contribution of input variables to performance characteristics. Confirmation tests were performed to compare the expected values with the experiment values and the findings were found to be compatible with the results of the experiment." @default.
