- W3033853666 abstract "Background Various acid compositions are used to increase inflow into production wells and injectivity of injection wells as an agent for impacting the bottom-hole formation zone. Aims and Objectives Investigate the effects of acidic compositions on sandstones. Results The core characteristics were determined and ten formulations of acid compositions were selected. After conducting static and penetration studies, an analysis of the results was made. It was found that both methanol and diethylene glycol can be used as an integral part of the composite acid solutions. Analysis shows that the studied acid compositions have a positive effect in all cases, but with different results. It was revealed that it is more efficient to carry out a two-stage acid treatment with hydrochloric and «mud» acids, or to install a hydrochloric acid bath, then to carry out clay acid treatment. The information on field tests of composite acid solutions of gas condensate fields is presented. Experimental work was carried out in wells with various productive characteristics. Some wells did not work before acid treatments due to mudding of the bottom-hole zone of the formation by mud filtrate, mechanical and clay particles. All treatments were performed in two stages: the first is a hydrochloric acid bath or a hydrochloric acid treatment with a composite composition, the second is a clay acid treatment with a composite solutions. With all experimental treatments, a positive result was obtained, wells that did not work before acid exposure started working. Studies have shown the effectiveness of composite acid solutions." @default.
