• W3034202227 abstract "The community interest in consuming organic vegetables has continuously increased due to income growth, population growth as well as the rise of public concern of healthy food. The demand increment requires more supply. On the other hand, the area of agricultural land is decreasing. Therefore, increase of vegetables production is the key for the demand fulfillment. Proper agricultural land management system is important to increase land productivity. A design of data collection for vegetables farm monitoring system based on Internet of Things (IoT) is proposed in the paper to support the agricultural land management system. The data collection system consists of 2 main components: data acquisition and data visualization. The data acquisition is to gather environment conditions of the agricultural land. There are 6environment conditions measured in the data acquisition part: temperature, humidity, light intensity, rainfall rate, land moisture and land pH. The data is then sent to server to be visualized. The data visualization part is used by farmers to decide what action to be done to manage their land field. The system is evaluated by comparing the visualized data with direct measurements in the field." @default.
