A 55-year-old male with a clinical diagnosis of Locked-In syndrome secondary to giant aneurysm (GIA) with a progressive course. Vascular lesions with compressive effect are a rare cause of Locked-In syndrome, characterized by a progressive evolution. The GIAs have a poor prognosis given the complexity of their surgical management." @default.
