- W3035501532 abstract "The article presents a set of questions, united by the idea of creating a model of the New Ukrainian School, in the educational program for the realization of the intention to strengthen the block of the pedagogical system of physical education of students. To achieve the goal, a search is being made for pedagogical foundations, principles and organic ways to improve physical education, the content of the needs for educational support of processes is highlighted, the attention of pedagogical workers is drawn to the most effective physical means, systems and practices of anthropo-physiological improvement and neuropsychiatric development of schoolchildren, which are of proper efficiency. The pedagogical foundations of development are the application of didactic provisions in the physical education program, which can be implemented on the basis of the use of organizational and methodological principles related to the creation of productive opportunities for the development of subject-educational and value-pedagogical foundations of physical education. In the pedagogical environment, these fundamentals are associated with the frontal distribution of characteristics and age interests, levels of general development and physical fitness of students; with the development of meaningful motivation for the disciplined performance of motor exercises; with the upbringing of the skill for a conscious choice of the form of movement. A fruitful solution of the set of tasks is recommended to be carried out on the basis of the perception of scientific areas, due to the clarification of the general provisions of the intellectual and emotional load, the psychological analysis of crisis conditions, stresses and stresses, the development of methods for diagnosing, structuring and restoring the mental and physical condition of students. It is recommended that the functional basis of the educational program of the Ukrainian school be put in martial arts, yoga and meditation exercises, which ensure the development and recovery of the young generation. The educational perception of the appropriateness of choosing a method of physical development of a person is ensured by the availability of repetition of movement, which takes place in a sequence from simple to complex. The technological basis for the development of the program is physical exercises from the martial arts family, which are represented by the sections “kihon”, “tameshivari”, “kata” and “kumite”, from the yoga-sutra system, which make up the eight integral influences “Yama”, “Niyama”, “Asanas”, “Pranayama”, “Pratyahara”, “Dharana”, “Dhyana” and “Samadhi”, and from complexes of exercises of a meditative nature, which make it possible to achieve a state of “getting into oneself”. According to the selected structure of movements, the order of training sessions is adopted, and the student’s cumulative energy is reproduced by its effectiveness." @default.
