- W3035553528 abstract "Abstract This paper studies multi-antenna processing based cache-aided relaying networks for B5G communications, where the techniques of multi-antenna processing and wireless caching are investigated by studying the impact on the network performance. As to the multi-antenna processing scheme, both the selection combining (SC) and the maximal-ratio transmission/maximal-ratio combining (MRT/MRC) technique are considered. Compared with the SC technique, the MRT/MRC can exploit the benefits of all antennas at the cost of increasing implementation complexity. For the multi-antenna processing based cache-aided relaying networks, we analyze the network transmission performance by deriving the analytical as well as the asymptotic expressions for the outage probability, from which we obtain some important guidance on the network design. Simulation results are finally demonstrated to validate the merits of the multi-antenna signal processing and wireless cache. In particular, the MRT outperforms the SC scheme at the cost of more implementation complexity." @default.
