- W3036230823 abstract "蕁麻疹は基本的には視診にて診断可能な最もありふれた皮膚疾患の一つであるが，それゆえに安易に診断治療していると思わぬ落とし穴にはまることがある．蕁麻疹診療ガイドライン2018には，蕁麻疹に関連した遺伝性疾患として，遺伝性血管性浮腫，色素性蕁麻疹，クリオピリン関連周期熱症候群の3疾患が記載されているが，近年，C1インヒビターの異常を伴わない遺伝性血管性浮腫の家系に新たな遺伝子の変異が同定され，また家族性寒冷自己炎症性症候群の類縁疾患としてNLRP12関連周期熱症候群，PLCG2関連抗体欠損・免疫異常症，NLRC4異常症が報告されている．さらに最近，家族性振動蕁麻疹・血管浮腫の原因遺伝子も同定された．これら蕁麻疹と鑑別を要する遺伝性疾患について知識を深めることで，希少疾患を早期に正しく診断し重篤な発作や合併症を未然に防ぐことができるだけでなく，蕁麻疹・血管浮腫の病態をより深く広く理解することができると期待される．" @default.
