- W3036309172 abstract "In the present health scenario, with the advancements in the field of genomic signal processing, signal processing concepts are used for the identification of cancer easier than by using biological experiments. Cancer is caused due to the genetic abnormalities that happen in the human and it is the permanent change of the Deoxyribo nucleic acid sequence in the cells of human. Hence, analysis of the Deoxyribo nucleic acid sequence is done using signal processing techniques because it is simpler and time-efficient method. The various signal processing techniques that can be applied is Fast Fourier Transform, Hilbert Transform, Wavelet Transform, Walsh Hadamard Transform (WHT), Discrete Hartley Transform etc. In this research Walsh Hadamard Transform is adopted for analysis of cancer and normal cells. Also, MATLAB R2017a technique is used for simulations which support bio-informatics toolbox. The developed algorithm is examined for a number of databases existing in NCBI center. From the final results it was found that, the proposed method is proven to be a great advantage for easier prediction and diagnosis of cancer cells." @default.
