- W3036762225 abstract "In this paper, IEEE 33 bus system is used as the test system, and the effects of electric vehicle charging load with different penetration rates on power grid operation risks are simulated from bus voltage, network loss and frequency parameters. Based on the System Frequency Response (SFR) model the dynamic frequency analysis method is studied. Then, the framework base on aggregator for electric vehicles to participate in frequency emergency control of power grid and the calculation method of the capacity of electric vehicles those can be dispatched are proposed in this paper. Finally, a high-power vacancy event based on IEEE3 9 bus system is constructed and verified by the algorithm in this paper. The result shows that the electric vehicles participation in power grid frequency emergency control can effectively reduce the amount of load shedding." @default.
