• W3036904906 abstract "The article is devoted to the analysis of peculiarities of using information technologies as a guarantee of information security during creating legal entities. In particular, the implementation is analyzed through the portal of electronic services (Online House of Justice) the technical administrator of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individuals – Entrepreneurs and Public Formations – the state enterprise “National Information Systems” of the state registration of the creation of a limited liability company acting on the basis model statute, and the transition of the legal entity to activities based on the model statute, which took place on July 09, 2019.    The article focuses on the analysis of the Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Trust Services”, which defines the legal and organizational principles of providing electronic trust services, the procedure for exercising state supervision (control) of compliance with the requirements of the legislation in the field of electronic trust services, and the legal and organizational principles of implementation electronic identification. Given that an electronic signature can be used to identify the author of an electronic document, the types of electronic signatures that can be used to create the electronic document (electronic signature, qualified electronic signature and advanced electronic signature) are analyzed. The following conclusions are made: 1. To implement through the portal of electronic services (Online House of Justice) state registration of the creation of a limited liability company, acting on the basis of the model statute, as well as the transition of the legal entity to activity on the basis of the model statute, requires the imposition of an appropriate number of qualified electronic signatures to the decision of the founders (participants)/authorized body of the legal entity and one qualified electronic signature of the applicant on the application for state Well registration to confirm the intention of the founders (participants) of a limited liability company to create, acting under the model statute; transition of the company to activity on the basis of model charter. 2. It is possible to perform state registration of a legal entity without leaving the office, using the Internet and electronic signature, which greatly simplifies the procedure, reduces time and financial costs. However, there is a threat to the security of such registration, including the security of using an electronic signature. Therefore, the use of secure electronic services and qualified electronic signatures is one of the factors of guaranteeing information security when creating legal entities. 3. The use of electronic signatures will be greatly expanded, and therefore, in order to prevent violations of the rights of persons who use them, and to use them most effectively, they need to be finalized and adopted.&nbsp" @default.
