• W3039571834 abstract "نظرا لأهمية الإنتاجية العلمية في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية؛ لذا فقد سعت کافة الجامعات إلى التطوير والتحسين المستمرين عن طريق تحديد الفجوة بين کل جامعة والجامعات المصنفة عالميا، وتقييم التميز الموجود داخل کل جامعة، وتحديد أفضل الممارسات، ووضع السياسات البحثية والتعليم في المقام الأول، وکذلک المساهمة في توثيق العلاقات العلمية، وتحقيق الترابط بين البحث العلمي، والتعليم، وخدمة المجتمع. ويمکن القول بأن، الإنتاجية العلمية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس يقع على عاتقها وبشکل رئيس تحقيق الميزة التنافسية لدى الجامعات فهي الأقدر على ذلک؛ لما يمتلکه أعضاء هيئة التدريس من خبرات وقيم وثقافة وقدرة على الإبداع والابتکار علاوة على مکانتهم الأکاديمية والمجتمعية من أجل إيجاد حل متخصص أو خلق قيمة ونقل هذه الخبرات إلى المجتمع المحيط وتطويره على أسس علمية فعالة. لذا فإن المؤسسات التعليمية -بصفة عامة ومؤسسات التعليم الجامعي بصفة خاصة- لا تختلف کثيرا عن بعضها البعض من حيث امتلاک الإمکانات المادية والبشرية، ولکنها تختلف من حيث امتلاک الميزات التنافسية لمتطلبات مجتمع المعرفة المتمثلة في الإنتاجية العلمية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس؛ ومن ثم يمکن أن يصبح الهدف المنهجي لهذه الدراسة هو التعرف علي واقع الإنتاجية العلمية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس، کآلية لتحقيق الميزة التنافسية؛ نتيجة لأن الإنتاجية العلمية تعد المورد المهم والمؤثر في تحقيق کفاءة مؤسسات التعليم الجامعي وميزاتها التنافسية، وکذلک البحث عن أهم المعوقات التي تواجههم عند قيامهم بها، ومن ثم بناء تصورا لتطويرها مستقبلا کآلية لتحقيق الميزة التنافسية بالجامعات.Because of the importance of scientific productivity in achieving competitive advantage.
