Theauthor presented the review and results of influence of such factors as the share of managers and specialists in thetotal number of employees, correlation between wage rate and productivity, functional responsibilities andqualification, usage of different methods of evaluating work. A reasonable system of remuneration to increaseinterest of employees in the final results of the production activity of their own enterprise is proposed.The researchresults may be implemented into management systems of agricultural organizations." @default.
