- W3046339610 abstract "症例は81歳，女性．左乳輪下に腫瘤を触知し受診．可動性良好だが表面粗造な腫瘤を触知した．マンモグラフィーでは腫瘤をかたどるように形成された粗大石灰化を認めて良性腫瘍を疑ったが，乳腺超音波では1.2cm大の境界明瞭粗造，縦横比の高い血流豊富な腫瘤で悪性も考えた．乳腺MRIではdynamic studyでrapid-plateau patternを示すことから悪性を疑った．細胞診では混合腫瘍あるいは過誤腫などを疑うが良悪性の鑑別は困難であった．組織診では明瞭な骨・軟骨形成を確認し腺筋上皮腫を疑うが，化生癌も否定できない像との診断で，切除生検にて全体像を確認する方針とした．最終診断は，乳腺多形腺腫で，悪性所見は認めなかった．稀な乳腺原発の多形腺腫を経験したので，文献的考察を加えて報告する．" @default.
