La investigacion va dirigida a encontrar los factores del actuar de los lideres con el objetivo de buscar estrategias para prevenir estas conductas. El enfoque de la investigacion fue cuantitativo, transversal y correlacional. Se diseno un instrumento basado en el Maslash Burnout Inventory, en la encuesta de clima organizacional de Hernandez y Mendez (2012) y en aportaciones de los investigadores de acuerdo a la literatura estudiada. Los datos se ingresaron al software SPSS version 25 como apoyo para los analisis de Correlacion de Kendall, para conocer posteriormente, cual de las dimensiones tenia mayor influencia y explicar el modelo. Se realizo una regresion lineal, que arrojo que, existe una fuerte relacion directa entre calidad de las practicas del supervisor y el estres laboral y burnout entre los trabajadores. Al realizar el analisis se hacen necesarias las implementaciones de estrategias para la prevencion, que resultan de vital importancia para mejorar la calidad de vida de los empleados, la lealtad de los mismos hacia la empresa y el aumento en la productividad. EnglishThe purpose of this study was to identify the level of stress perception of workers in the manufacturing deparment of IAC, S. A. de C.V., caused by the practices of the area supervisors. The research is aimed at finding the factors of the leaders´actions in order to find strategies to prevent these behaviors. The researchers focus were quantitative, cross-sectional and correlational. An instrument was designed based on the Maslash Burnout Inventory, the work enviroment survey of Sampieri and Mendez (2012) and from contributions of the researchers according to the literature studied. The data was entered into version 25 of SPSS software to support Kendall Correlation Analysis, to find out later, which of the dimensions had the greatest influence to explain the model. A linear regression was performed, which showed that there is a strong and direct relationship between the quality of the supervisors´ practices and job stress and burnout among workers. When carrying out the analysis, the implementation of prevention strategies is necessary and of vital importance in order to improve the quality of life of the employees, their loyalty to the company and to increase the productivity." @default.
