El trabajo que se presenta a continuacion tiene como objetivo analizar la relacion entre las politicas publicas de sistema de informacion en CTI, y los niveles de competitividad del departamento de Sucre, haciendo enfasis en los sectores estrategicos de turismo y la rama agropecuaria; para esto, se plantea un estudio de caracter reflexivo, con base en datos y cifras oficiales sobre las variables de interes. Como resultado general, se tiene que, pese al hecho de que Sucre dispone de politicas publicas e instrumentos facultados por la ley a nivel nacional, para realizar proyectos y programas en temas de CTI que impulsen el desarrollo de ciertos sectores productivos priorizados, el departamento adolece de un sistema de informacion e indicadores que permita medir de forma robusta los resultados en materia no solo de CTI, sino de competitividad, en este sentido, existen condiciones estructurales negativas para el desarrollo social y economico de Sucre. The work presented below aims to analyze the relationship between public information system policies in CTI, and the levels of competitiveness of the department of Sucre, emphasizing the strategic tourism sectors and the agricultural branch; For this, a reflexive study is proposed, based on official data and figures on the variables of interest. As a general result, despite the fact that Sucre has public policies and instruments authorized by law at the national level, to carry out projects and programs on CTI issues that promote the development of certain prioritized productive sectors, the department suffers of an information system and indicators that allow robust measurement of results not only in CTI, but also in competitiveness, in this sense, there are negative structural conditions for the social and economic development of Sucre" @default.
