Variabel independent dalam penelitian ini adalahservicescape yang terdiri dari Dimensi Kondisi Latar Belakang Suasana, DimensiDesain, Dimensi Sosial. Variabel dependent dalam penelitian ini adalah kepuasankonsumen.Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Servicescape (X) berpengaruh signifikanterhadap variabel Kepuasan Konsumen (Y) dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000.Besarnya peran besarnya peran variabel X1 (Dimensi Kondisi Latar BelakangSuasana), X2 (Dimensi Desain), X3 (Dimensi Sosial)dalam menentukankepuasan konsumen masing-masing sebesar 25,8%, 34,9%, dan 15,4%, sedangkansisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini.Kata Kunci: Servicescape, Kepuasan KonsumenABSTRACTINFLUENCE OF DIMENSION SERVICESCAPECUSTOMER SATISFACTION(Case Study of Moxie's Barbershop in New York City)BYDAFFA NOER FADHILLAHThe formulation of the problem in this research is Is the Background Atmospherecondition Dimension, Dimension Design, Social Dimensions affects customersatisfaction.
