- W3048759817 abstract "Diversas tecnicas tem sido propostas para a remocao de limas endodonticas fraturadas do interior dos canais radiculares, porem estes metodos apresentam limitacoes clinicas que podem comprometer o tratamento endodontico. O objetivo do presente estudo foi avaliar a dissolucao eletroquimica de fragmentos de limas em canais radiculares de dentes extraidos utilizando a solucao [NaF 12 g/L + NaCl 1 g/L], e os efeitos desta solucao e do produto da dissolucao contendo NiTi sobre a microdureza e topografia da dentina e viabilidade celular. Os fragmentos de limas foram parcialmente dissolvidos no terco medio do interior de canais radiculares, o que possibilitou a ultrapassagem e recuperacao do trajeto original dos canais radiculares. A dissolucao eletroquimica promoveu uma reducao significativa no volume dos fragmentos no interior dos canais radiculares, quando comparado com o grupo controle (p<0,01). A solucao de [NaF 12 g/L + NaCl 1 g/L] utilizada no processo de dissolucao nao alterou a microdureza dentinaria e a area media dos tubulos dentinarios, quando comparada com a solucao de EDTA (p<0,05). A solucao de [NaF 12 g/L + NaCl 1 g/L] e o produto da dissolucao contendo ions de NiTi, apresentaram niveis de citotoxicidade menores quando comparados com o hipoclorito de sodio, nas diluicoes de 25 e 50% (p<0.01). A tecnica proposta no presente estudo e promissora e de grande relevância clinica para a ultrapassagem pelo fragmento de lima do interior dos canais radiculares." @default.
