- W306223758 abstract "症例は72歳女性．2000年にリウマチ性連合弁膜症による僧帽弁狭窄症および大動脈弁閉鎖不全症に対して，ステントレス生体弁（Freestyle弁）とMosaic生体弁による大動脈弁および僧帽弁の2弁置換術を施行した．Freestyle生体弁による大動脈弁置換術はmodified subcoronary implantation法を用いて行った．術後経過良好で14PODに退院後，外来で経過を観察していた．フォローアップ中の検査にてSinotubular junction（STJ）径の拡大傾向を認めていた．術後9年目の経胸壁心臓超音波検査にて重度大動脈弁閉鎖不全症を認めたため，再手術を行った．術中所見ではFreestyle生体弁の弁尖に異常所見はなく，STJの拡大に伴う大動脈弁閉鎖不全症が疑われた．ステントレス生体弁を用いたSubcoronary法による弁置換術後は，STJ径やARの出現に留意すべきと思われる．" @default.
