- W307606657 abstract "目的探讨乙型肝炎病毒感染所致慢加急性肝衰竭（HBV-Acute-on-Chronic Liver Failure HBV-ACLF）患者肝组织内淋巴细胞及PD-1的表达。方法取10例HBV-ACLF患者的肝脏行免疫组化染色分析,另各取10例肝炎肝硬化患者（LiverCirrhosis Group,LC）、6例健康人（Healthy Control Group,HC）作为对照组。应用免疫组化法了解不同组肝脏上CD4、CD8、PD-1及其配体PD-L1的表达情况。结果 HC肝组织很少表达CD4、CD8、PD-1及PD-L1,HBV-ACLF和LC在肝组织汇管区及炎症区四者表达均上调,且HBV-ACLF组表达高于LC组（P〈0.05）。结论 PD-1/PD-L1的升高可能与HBV-ACLF病情加重有关。" @default.
