However, moisture was considered to significantly affect the activity of MnO2 for working durably in the complex indoor environment. Here, we prepared a hierarchical porous δ-MnO2 with modest moisture adsorption–desorption content. The formaldehyde removal efficiency exceeds 90% for 200 h test at high gas-hourly space velocity (GHSV: 600 L·g−1·h−1) in both high and low humidity environments, indicating an excellent humidity tolerance. This work provides a meaningful long lifetime catalyst for using in an indoor environment." @default.
