In the concept of renewable energy resources, Solar Energy can be referred to as the “elixir of power production” throughout the world. Extensive research is being carried out for distinguished Nanomaterials on energy storage applications by researchers and scientists to produce an efficient power absorption and storage material with high thermal conductivity and high corrosion resistance. In this paper, reviewing the concepts of nanotechnology in solar energy applications is made excessively focussing on PCM, Nano fluids, and Nanocomposites. Also by considering several other important factors in energy storage applications a statistical/graphical approach is presented for a better understanding by taking different research and review articles. This paper extensively would give researchers ease in the selection of material for energy storage applications." @default.
