- W3086955290 abstract "Research Aim: Given the growing advancement of human society and that vehicles are an integral pillar of human life, the existence of solutions to reduce the negative effects of these devices is important in all aspects of human life.Because most of the vehicles supply their energy from fossil fuel sources, they have many problems, such as greenhouse gas emissions, high price fluctuations, and their termination. Now with the advent of science and the seriousness of the problems of fossil fuels, there are methods to solve this problem, one of which is electric vehicles. Therefore, paying attention to the effects of these cars on the distribution network is very important.Research method: Since these vehicles are added to the distribution network as a new and important one, they will naturally offer a new pattern of consumption. The main effect of electric vehicles on distribution networks is the power quality problems such as voltage profile.Simultaneous charging of a large number of these vehicles, especially at peak hours, will increase the network's peak load as a result of increased network losses and, ultimately, severe voltage drop across the network. In the case that there is no control over the automotive charging process, the car starts charging directly behind the power socket, therefore, the battery is charged with the highest charging rate within a certain amount of time. this new time at a common home, It is matched to the home-time courier and there fore increases the home-pay rate; therefore, it seems that it is possible to install an independent controller at home in order to transfer the load from electric vehicles to low load times. Simulations of the proposed control system were carried out in matlab simulink environment. Various scenarios include charging cars accidentally, only considering the needs of car owners, charging cars accidentally at non-peak hours and charging cars using an optimized PID controller.Finding: Random and simultaneous connection of a large number of electric vehicles into the network and uncontrolled charging causes a sharp drop in the distribution network voltage. This proved the importance of controlling the charge of electric vehicles. Also, the proposed charging control system for electric vehicles, Avoid the high voltage drop in the shaft of the system and the negative effects of simultaneous charging of a large number of vehicles are eliminated. The use of the proposed control method will slow down the recharging of electric vehicles and prevent an increase in the power of electric vehicles, resulting in a peak demand reduction, improved voltage profile and reduced power loss. Conclusion:Using the proposed control method, it makes the charging of electric cars slower and it prevents increasing the power of electric cars resulting in reduction of demand peak, improving the voltage profile and reducing the active power losses. the results show the good performance of the proposed controller." @default.
