- W3089202913 abstract "With the continuous breakthroughs in semiconductor technology, more and more fields such as production, manufacturing, and consumption are becoming intelligent, and the production and testing of IC ( integrated circuit) has become more and more important. Research institute's ASIC(application-specific integrated circuit) needs to trace the data and needs to be tested under tri-temperature conditions. At present, domestic methods such as detecting by the naked eye and manual input of package ID(identification) number and separation of the high and low temperature boxes from the test system are basically used, which have the disadvantages of high manpower loss, low efficiency, and error-prone.With the increasing demand of the research institute's ASIC, manual screening has increasingly failed to meet the needs of production development. The current high and low temperature tests of IC are performed based on the separation of the high and low temperature boxes from the test system, and this will inevitably take a large deviation between the test temperature and the baking temperature, and causes inconsistent result between the actual high-low temperature test environment and the ASIC test conditions. For temperature-sensitive components, qualified products that meet the conditions cannot be properly screened. Especially in the low temperature test, the process of taking out the circuit from the low temperature box for testing is likely to take frost, which often causes the electrical parameters of the circuit to be abnormal or even short-circuit. Therefore, tri-temperature handler for batch screening of IChas become more and more necessary.Aiming at the characteristics of traceability of the ASIC data of the research institute, this article developed a set of ASIC number detection system based on the Matrix tri-temperature handler of Delta Company. This system needs to embed the IC number detection software and hardware in the existing firmware and limited space of Matrix, and at the same time can adapt to the dynamic circuit number identification in the environment of -55 °C ~ 125 °C. This system makes a platform architecture which is based on the ATE 93000 system under the Linux environment, and mainly is consists of mechanical parts, hardware parts and software algorithm parts. The mechanical part uses a special structure to realize the 90-degree transition of the optical path and the temperature isolation design, and the hardware part uses a coaxial light source and a high-rate industrial camera to implement number collection, and the software algorithm implements the dynamic ID number detection and one-to-one mapping of embedded test data.Practical application has proved that this system is very robust and reliable at tri-temperature condition, which greatly reduces the error rate of human Package ID number Detection, has a more than 98% accuracy rate of Package ID number detection, meets the traceability of ASIC in mass production.." @default.
